This one is J. Chou’s and it is a quick, healthy and great lunch.
1 Chicken bouillon cube
Precooked lunch shrimp
Green onion tops
Make your broth according to your taste (I like it with a bit more water than called for on the side of the jar), add in lunch shrimp, quarter cut raw snap peas, sliced mushrooms and chopped green onions. I like to top it with a little Sriracha for a major kick!
